We’re a one-stop shop for all your administrative needs. We offer virtual executive assistants service along with our built-in web app. 

Our web app is only available to Customers who are using our Virtual Executive Assistant services.

Yes, each paying Customer who uses a minimum of 1 hour of VEA service per month will have access to his/her own Execly account. The Execly account provides transparency on the assigned tasks/projects, organizes collected data/info, and streamlines workflows. 

A virtual executive assistant is a highly-trained, well-experienced executive assistant who provides administrative services remotely. For more information, please check out our Virtual Executive Assistants page.

To get started, please email info@execly.co. We will contact you within 24 hours.

For part-time and full-time service plans, un-used hours will get rolled-over until the end of each quarter. Once the quarter ends, the balance resets. Quarter 1 is defined as January 1st - March 31st, Quarter 2 is defined as April 1st - June 30th, Quarter 3 is defined as July 1st - September 30th, Quarter 4 is defined as October 1st - December 31st. 

Yes, services can be cancelled at any time. Please send the cancellation email to info@execly.co. We will process the cancellation and notify the Customer once confirmed. Customer's Execly account will be accessible until the end of the month. There will be no refund or credits for any un-used hours.

For part-time and full-time service plans, Customer has until the end of the month to use any of the remaining un-used hour(s).

For hourly rates, services are billed by the hour. Once cancellation is processed, payment for your remaining balance on the invoice will be due immediately.
